A preliminary study and pilot program: included defining and implementing the new agile development processes.
Organization-wide implementation: delivered key roles to development teams, including e.g. Agile Team Lead, Solution Architect and Product Owner.
Technical platform upgrade: upgraded Telenor’s technical platform to a new Java and micro service based solution.
